A cheque for the amount of the first night will be asked for on booking as a non-returnable deposit. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to arrival will incur 50% of the cost of the total holiday and less than 4 weeks will incur the total cost of the holiday. We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance.

Accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we kindly ask that it is vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. We also ask that guests do not arrive before 4pm unless by arrangement or it is to leave their car, there maybe no-one home and accommodation will not be available until 4pm. Thankyou.

Dogs
Dogs can be accommodated in Mill Cottage by arrangement only.  Please contact us on 01726 834998 for details.Dogs are not permitted in the main grounds at any time and must be kept on a lead whilst in the car park or courtyard areas. Dogs must not be left unattended in the accommodation at anytime and are not permitted on the furniture and we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee. Guests who allow their dogs to cause a nuisance to other guests will be asked to leave without refund. Please pick up after your dog.
